The Chemist

Best Clean Joke for years!

Getting Married

Jack, age 92, and Gill, age 89, are all excited about their decision to get married. They go for a stroll to discuss the wedding, and on the way they pass a chemist shop and Jack suggests they go in.

Jack addresses the man behind the counter:
"Are you the owner?"

The pharmacist answers, "Yes."

Jack: "We're about to get married. Do you sell heart medication?"

Pharmacist: "Of course we do."

Jack: "How about medicine for circulation?"

Pharmacist: "All kinds"

Jack: "Medicine for rheumatism?"

Pharmacist: "Definitely."

Jack: "How about suppositories?"

Pharmacist: "Yes"

Jack: "Medicine for memory problems, arthritis, and Alzheimer's?"

Pharmacist: "Yes, a large variety. The works."

Jack: "What about vitamins, sleeping pills, antidotes for Parkinson's disease?"

Pharmacist: "Absolutely."

Jack: "Everything for heartburn and indigestion?"

Pharmacist: "We do..."

Jack: "You sell wheelchairs and walkers and canes?"

Pharmacist: "All speeds and sizes."

Jack: "Adult incontinence pants?"

Pharmacist: "Yes."

Jack: "Then we'd like to use this store for our wedding presents list..."

  3. Too funny. Just stopping by to return a very late visit. I am so far behind in the blogging world. It has been over a month since posting in my window to my world and still haven't gotten anything ready yet. At least my other 2 blogs I am managing to keep the once a month posts going. So many projects on the go right now. Even facebook has become hard to find time to sit down and catch there. But finally the sun is shinning and warm here, but the mosquitoes are biting bad. Can only be outside during mid day when they are in hiding. So have been busy inside with painting projects in some rooms. I so hate to paint. Would prefer to be outside, but have to wait till the bugs die down some and cool nights return. Not sleeping well as their always seems to be a few mosquitoes have found there way into our bedroom. This morning I was up at 4:30am as pointless to try and sleep when on is buzzing around and landing on any body part hanging outside of the sheets. So I took advantage to go blog visiting. But I hear hubby is up now and as it is Saturday I make a big breakfast of eggs, bacon, hashbrowns and toast. So better get started as it also looks like it will be a beautiful day. Hope you are having one also.
    Hugs Carrie
